Ilha

An original album diving into themes of renewal and reflection — as if, after a physical and existential shipwreck, the world found shelter and hope on a new "island." To build this symbolic territory, Badi Assad partnered with major names in Brazilian music from different generations — Chico César, Lucina, Alzira E, Dani Black, and Lívia Mattos — in collaborations that philosophize, through song, about what we carry into our inner island.

Wonderland

Wonderland features an eclectic repertoire, bringing together songs by artists from different generations and styles, such as American singer Tori Amos and samba master Cartola, resulting in a unique and contemporary sound. With striking interpretations and creative arrangements, the album showcases Badi Assad's versatility as a vocalist, guitarist, and performer. One of the highlights is the track "Vacilão" (Zé Roberto), which includes a special appearance by singer Seu Jorge. Internationally acclaimed, Wonderland was selected by BBC London as one of the 100 best albums of the year and made it into Amazon.com's Top 30 list.

Three Guitars

Collaborating with legendary guitarists Larry Coryell and John Abercrombie, Badi Assad presents a refined fusion of jazz and Brazilian music, with sophisticated arrangements and sensitive interpretations. Recorded after her process of overcoming Focal Dystonia—a neurological condition that temporarily took her off the stage—the album marks her return to full artistic activity.
